Do you possess good leadership skills? Most people start developing leadership skills at a young age by participating in school and church activities. You start learning your leadership skills when you participated in groups such as boy scouts, girl scouts, class leader, community/church leader, school patrol, honor student, sports team leader and school band leader.

As an adult, you may have develop leadership skills and experiences from working in some of the following positions:

1. Work leader/supervisor - A support staff leader, a manager of mid-level and professional staff.
2. Community/church leader - A minister, pastor, deacon, or a community leader.
3. Union leader - A member of the executive board and a shop steward.
4. Military leader - An officer or group leader.
